Only use Nano-C 8540 diluent. Please inquire for availability.

Drying Temp (°C)

  • R2R: Roll drying in a conveyor oven at 150 °C

  • Sheet: Dry wet film at 80 °C or higher on heated stage, as the substrate can tolerate

UV Crosslinking

UV crosslinking of adhesion promoter should be performed at ≤400 nm with the following dosage:

  • 10 seconds at a distance of 2 mm @ 10 mW/cm2

  • 30 seconds at a distance of 3-5 mm @ 10 mW/cm2

Handling

  • Shake vigorously immediately before coating

  • Do not probe or bath sonicate the ink at any time

  • Any dilution should only be attempted with Nano-C 8540 diluent.

Storage

Store unused ink at room temperature.
