Formulation Capability
Nano-C produces high-quality formulations through proprietary dispersion techniques, working with advanced materials including single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT), silver nanowires (AgNW), and fullerenes. Supplied as master batches, additives, or coat-ready formulations, stable dispersions in various host systems enable device makers to improve electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, and thermal performance in their end products.
Applications and Processing
Nano-C formulations are used across a range of end markets including battery additives, transparent conductive electrodes, sensors, soft robotics, and anti-corrosive coatings.
Nano-C inks are engineered for low-temperature processing and coat directly onto plastic substrates without compromising electrical performance or dispersion stability. This makes them well-suited for printed and flexible electronic applications where conventional processing methods are not viable.
Liquid Carbon™ Hardmasks
Nano-C performs final formulation of Liquid Carbon™ spin-on-carbon (SOC) hardmasks in-house, maintaining the purity, consistency, and particle control that semiconductor fabs require. Deep familiarity with the quality and process requirements of advanced lithography means Nano-C can support qualification workflows and respond directly to process-specific needs.
