C60-C6-PA (3′-methyl 3′-(6-phosphonohexyl) 3′Hcyclopropa[1,9][5,6]fullerene-C60-Ih-3′,3′-dicarboxylate), also known as monoFAPA, is used as an Electron Transport Layer perovskite solar cells.
MonoFAPA improves energy level alignment between perovskite materials and conductive metal oxide materials used as the cathode in the Solar Cell.*
In addition, monoFAPA is also understood to reduce interface recombination and suppress ion migration at the interface of the ETL and Perovskite layers.
