Welcome to Nano-C

Nano-C started operations in 2001, and is rapidly becoming a leader in the world of nanostructured carbon materials including fullerenes, nanotubes and their chemical derivatives. Nano-C's mission is to play a key role in enabling new applications of these nanostructured carbon materials, and is committed to their responsible development and use.

As we look at our world, four fundamental forces are driving double-digit growth within our key markets and application areas:

We offer the potential to create an entirely green energy system: Solar cells and fuel cells powered by fullerenes and nanotubes produced from bio-fuels. A well-formulated fullerene skin-care product has the potential to scavenge radicals before they damage skin cells. Fullerenes, along with nanotubes, have the potential to be modified and act as efficient catalysts and filter media. Our single walled nanotubes are ideal candidates to replace Indium, an increasingly rare material used in clear conducting polymers. Likewise, compounding polymers with fullerenic materials can make them more durable and energy efficient.

We invite you to explore the world of these highly advanced materials and the exciting applications they enable. The opportunity in nanostructured carbon products is anything but nano.
